More than two weeks. Still not sleeping.

And it’s not just the news.
When the place you’ve called home for over two decades starts to feel unsafe — something shifts in you.

But normal hemoglobin does not always mean your iron is fine.

Iron deficiency often starts with low ferritin — your stored iron — long before hemoglobin drops.

This is why women can experience:

• constant fatigue
• hair thinning
• brain fog
• poor exercise tolerance

…and assume it’s just aging.

Ferritin can fall years before anemia shows up on a routine blood test.

If you’re tired all the time and your labs are “normal,”
it may be worth checking your ferritin — not just hemoglobin.
