Let’s welcome the first FULL Moon of 2025, together! - by coming together, sharing our divine feminine energy and ground ourselves in the park! 🦶🌳🌴

▫️The session includes opening introductions, journal prompts and a short discussion. Then you can lay down and enjoy the benefits of the guided Yoga Nidra meditation alongside the tranquil sound of with the singing bowls and instruments.
