What if your delays were trying to protect you?
What if the stuckness had something to say?

Feeling stuck doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
It usually means something deeper is asking for attention—
fear, fatigue, or the pressure to be perfect.
Instead of pushing harder, try asking:
“What am I really avoiding or afraid of if I begin?”
Awareness is action.
