From hammam to steam, sauna to vitality zones, the spaces are designed to work together, creating a natural flow between activation, release and reset.

The Wellness led the interior design, alongside spa, gym and pool consultancy.

Al Faya Retreat in Sharjah is defined by its setting, where wellness is integrated into the architecture and the surrounding desert landscape.

The spa is centred around a hands-free concept, with a sequence of spaces including a herbal sauna, Himalayan salt room, tropical showers and a saltwater pool, designed to support contrast and recovery within a compact footprint.

The Wellness carried out spa and pool consultancy, design and build for this project, in collaboration with the hotel’s architectural firm, Anarchitect.

A journey guided by light, water and temperature.

At Banyan Tree Dubai, the Rainforest Trail unfolds as a cinematic sequence of heat, hydrotherapy and stillness. Guests move from sauna and steam into vitality pools, immersive experience showers before resetting through the ice fountain and resting on heated loungers.

The atmosphere is intentionally subdued and textural, drawing from the tones of the desert to create a grounded, sensory environment where recovery feels instinctive rather than prescribed.
