Full Mouth Rehabilitation – Immediate Function, No Bone Grafting
Severe bone loss in the upper jaw often leads to complex treatments and bone grafting. In this case, we avoided grafting by using advanced implant strategies.
In the upper jaw, six implants were placed using a combination of standard, tilted, zygomatic, and pterygoid implants to maximize the available bone and bypass the sinus.
In the lower jaw, six conventional implants were used to support a full arch restoration.
The upper bridge was fabricated as monolithic zirconia reinforced with a titanium bar, while the lower arch was restored with a two-piece monolithic zirconia bridge for optimal strength and maintenance.
The implants and temporary teeth were delivered the same day, allowing the patient to leave with fixed teeth immediately. The final restorations were completed one week later.
Beyond restoring teeth, full arch rehabilitation also restores vertical dimension. When teeth are lost, the lower face collapses and the profile shortens. By rebuilding the proper bite and facial height, we restore support to the lips and lower face — often creating a naturally younger and more balanced appearance.
