Listen to your body and don’t listen to anyone what does it mean!! Pregnancy and even your monthly cycle, isn’t just a physical journey, it’s an intuitive one. While doctors and loved ones have the best intentions, you are the only one living in your skin.

The absence of your period for 3, 5, or even 6 months after giving birth is very normal. especially if you are breastfeeding. 🤱✨
Many women worry about what this means for their bodies or their milk, so let’s clear up the facts:
1️⃣ It’s all about Prolactin: This hormone rises while you nurse, which often causes your period to disappear. This is a natural process!
2️⃣ Milk Quality: Whether your cycle stays away or returns, it doesn’t mean your milk isn’t ‘good’ anymore. Your body is still doing an amazing job.
3️⃣ The Pregnancy Risk: You can still get pregnant even if your cycle hasn’t returned! We don’t know exactly when ovulation starts again, so it is important to practice safe s*x or safe in*******se.
If you aren’t using protection, I recommend taking a pregnancy test every once in a while just to be sure. 🩺✅

If you’re trying to conceive, timing matters way more than frequency. S***m actually needs around 48 hours to replenish, and it can live inside your body for up to 72 hours, while the egg only sticks around for about 24 hours.
That’s why having in*******se every other day keeps a steady supply of healthy s***m ready when ovulation happens.

After 28 weeks, your sleep position matters even more. Lying on your left side helps improve blood flow to the uterus, giving your baby better oxygen and nourishment.
And one small habit that makes a big difference:
When lifting anything, keep your back straight. Always.
