I was so much surprised when I was reading about the healthiest foods on earth, according to the book SPINACH is the world's healthiest food, and this was a big surprise; I knew that spinach is very nutritious, but to be the most nutritious, this was new.
Spinach contains 65 different nutrients, and gives only little calories. It is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, manganese, folate, magnesium, iron, vitamin C, vitamin B2, calcium, potassium, vitamin B6, and tryptophan. very good source of dietary fiber, copper, vitamin B1, protein, phosphorus, zinc, vitamin E, and many other important nutrients, and all that just for 41 kcal in 180 grams.
So it seems Popai was right after all, spinach can make you strong and healthy.
