A proud moment for The Developing Child Centre as Team TDCC took part in the Unified Doubles Badminton Competition organized by Special Olympics UAE and the UAE Badminton Federation during the Nad Al Sheba (NAS) Ramadan Tournament.

The event brought together 46 players from across the UAE, forming 23 teams, in a meaningful celebration of sports inclusion, empowerment, and opportunity for players of determination. Team TDCC was strongly represented by 16 players under the leadership of Houssem Hassini, reflecting the centre’s continued commitment to supporting participation in sports and strengthening inclusive representation in both local and international platforms.

Adding to this special achievement, TDCC proudly secured 2nd place through the outstanding performance of our heroes, Enzo Puras and Michael Limbago, whose success brought pride and victory to the entire TDCC community.

This achievement stands as a celebration of determination, teamwork, and the growing culture of inclusion in sport.

Our sincere thanks and appreciation go to all the organizers, sponsors, players, team leaders, supporters, and everyone who contributed to the success of this meaningful event. Your efforts continue to create opportunities, inspire inclusion, and empower players of determination to shine.

Sometimes, a parent’s greatest hope is simply to see their child move forward with more ease, confidence, and comfort in everyday life.

When a child is facing challenges, families often carry many questions, concerns, and quiet worries. They look for a place where their child will be understood, supported with patience, and guided with the right therapeutic approach.

At TDCC, that journey is met with compassionate care, professional expertise, and a team that works closely with both the child and the family. Through occupational therapy, thoughtful guidance, and consistent support, progress begins to take shape in meaningful ways.

We are deeply grateful to be part of these journeys and to provide a nurturing environment where children can continue to build skills, confidence, and positive steps forward.
