Two hours of non-stop energy, movement, and connection at heights that reminded me how powerful the practice (and the people) can be.

Still can’t believe I did yoga on the rooftop link of One Za’abeel. Harnessed in, wind in my hair, and views that made me pause every few breaths. 💫

Grateful for this once-in-a-lifetime experience with amazing yoga teachers, and thankful for the energy, people, and purpose behind it all. 🌟
