๐ค Torn quad muscle and tendon in my right leg โฃ
โฃ

โฃ
๐ Torn hamstring and tendon in my right leg โฃ
โฃ

โฃ

โฃ
Thankful to have had and continue to have such great help from the team at Up & Running as well. โฃ
โฃ
