Widad Center Widad Center is an alternative educational program in the heart of Dubai.

We are a special needs Center with a unique family feel, situated in the heart of Dubai. Our aim is to bridge the gap between an academic setting and one of modified creativity, stimulation and motivation. We guide our students to achieve their personal best within their own individual abilities. Based on a developmental understanding of the learning process, The Widad Center offers students a comprehensive learning environment designed to challenge and support them by strengthening their cognitive, emotional, creative and intentional abilities. We strive to support the growth of social awareness and active participation, and to give students the experiential background they need to meet new challenges in a creative and responsible manner. We are a community of students, parents and teachers who are committed to the principles of social inclusion and environmental responsibility. We strive to have our student population reflect the beautiful cultural diversity of the greater Dubai community.

We believe that children develop best when exposed to all the enriching elements of life, and so it is our goal to integrate and educate the diverse community in which we live, whilst maintaining our inclusion philosophy, with the introduction to hands-on and experiential learning. Our aim is to bridge the gap between an academic setting and one of creativity, stimulation and motivation. We may not live in an ideal world, but we can certainly strive to educate in as ideal an environment as possible, and educate children on how to achieve their ideal success, and to achieve their personal best with their own individual abilities.
