That moment when your kids want you to rate their drawings of planetary symbols. 🤩🤩🤩 Winter break is on but that doesn’t mean that learning stops.. and they chose to dive into my bookshelf this winter! ?

There is definite value in main stream education but wouldn’t it be nice to teach your kids a little bit about metaphysics and energy and frequencies and herbs and let them believe in the magic that surrounds them?

Magic is everywhere but we only need the eyes to see it and the heart to feel it!

I love introducing my kids to everything and then see what sticks. Let them become little humans with their own opinions and not just blindly follow what the world wants them to believe.

Anxiety comes in many ways. Feeling nervous, restless, or tense.
Having a sense of impending danger, panic, or doom. 😬
Having an increased heart rate. Breathing rapidly (hyperventilation).
Sweating. Trembling. Feeling weak or tired. 😪
Trouble concentrating or thinking about anything else other than the present worry.
Upset stomach. Nausea. 🤢

Your body speaks to you in so many ways.
If you relate to these symptoms it might be time to sit down and ask these questions:

What am I feeling right now? 🤔
Is there anything I can do about this situation?
Am I safe right now?
The thing I am worried about - is that real?
Is this my reality? Or am I making this up?
What steps can I take now to feel better?

Other things that can help to calm the symptoms are journaling,
breathwork, and meditation. 🧘‍♂️
Hold onto a piece of Amethyst to help you calm down until
you can get clarity on your thoughts and emotions. 💭
Speak about it with an expert if you are trying to do the work
by yourself but are getting nowhere.

from other people's mistakes,
because if somebody has done 😄
that mistake before, then why not
just learn from them instead of
trying to reinvent the wheel
and make the mistake again? 🧐

Don’t let the calmness of this picture fool you. The uncomfortably of sitting on the sand under the sun trying to get the perfect shot for hours was not easy. How often does that happen in life? When are you posing to appear calm but only you know the inner turmoil that you’re going through? 😖

The last 2 months have been extremely trying! What was supposed to be just decluttering became an emotional upheaval. Going through the kid's clothes and toys and furniture and letting go of what was not needed was a realization that I am also letting go of an entire phase of my and their life! It wasn’t what the things were but what the things represented. 🤗

My younger self. Their baby phase. I’m not one for having an issue with age … or so I thought … but it has been trying! The whole experience has been trying on so many levels. 😰

And this timekeeping that brave face ON wasn’t possible. I had to break down. I had to feel the feelings and go through every thought that surfaced. 😱

It helps to allow yourself the time to feel, process, speak it out, write it down, or cry it out! Ugly cry if you must. Better out than in I always say. ❤️

Every emotion that is not processed can sit in the body and create physical symptoms and ailments. So let it all go. The sun will shine again. ☀️
