You often wonder how something so small… triggered something so big within you.

And when you pause long enough to reflect, you may even realise —

it’s not really from this moment.
It’s familiar.
Almost automatic.
Like something deeper got touched.

Because past reactions don’t always stay in the past.
They live in the body.

Unprocessed emotions, moments you had to move through too quickly, things you didn’t have space to fully feel… they don’t disappear.

They get stored.

And yet you find yourself back in the same patterns?
