Our cells and bodies are amazing, intelligent beings dynamically responding to our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, internal and external environment. We can experience healing and grace in our lives and be free of disease and suffering. Many of us have forgotten how to use OUR innate gift to heal and through the courses offered at ‘The Healer’s Realm’ we learn to AWAKEN this gift. We kick start our inner healing journey and learn to OWN our full story, transform our thoughts, bring into balance our emotions, achieve breakthroughs with our limiting belief systems and heal across lifetimes. We embrace OUR many gifts and talents that we brought with us when we incarnated and share them with our loved ones and with the rest of the world. ✨ Take aways and reflections on 2024 ✨

This year has been a profound journey of releasing control, going with the flow, and trusting the process of life. There are times when the Taurean in me would get stuck, rebellious and resist change.

You see there is part of me that loves certainty and control and fixed outcomes. 2024 has been about experiments, trust and embracing flexibility and allowing the experience of life to flow though me.

Here are some of my biggest takeaways from 2024:

1. Control is an Illusion
Many times, the harder you try to control outcomes, the more resistance you create. Letting go doesn't mean giving up—it means making space for life's natural flow to support you.

2. Trust the Process
This year, I leaned into trusting that everything unfolds at the right time. It's not always easy, but the more you trust, the lighter life feels.

3. Embrace Stillness
When life feels chaotic, stillness is the antidote. Moments of pause have helped me connect with clarity and inner calm and tune into my inner voice so I can focus on what is right for me.

4. Self-Compassion is Key
You are all a work in progress and so is everyone else. Being kind to yourself is one of the most healing gifts you can give yourself. In moments where you notice you are judging yourself the into the lesson and take steps to become a better you.
