Causes of Rotator Cuff
Rotator cuff inflammation occurs either as a result of age, where tendons decrease in flexibility and degeneration, bruising and thus inflammation. Or due to direct injury to the shoulder joint (such as a fall or sports accident, for example).
Rotator cuff inflammation is often associated with muscle weakness in that area.
Symptoms of rotator cuff inflammation and inability to move the affected limb will cause the limb muscles to atrophy, and will cause a frozen shoulder.

أسباب مرض التهاب الكفة المدورة
يحدث التهاب الكفة المديرة إما بسبب التقدم بالعمر، حيث تقل مرونة الأوتار وتتنكس ويحدث تكدّم وبالتالي إلتهاب.أو بسبب أذية مباشرة على مفصل الكتف (كالسقوط أو الحوادث الرياضية مثلًا).
التهاب الكفة المدورة غالبًا مرتبط مع وجود ضعف عضلي في تلك المنطقة.
