When the jaw loses structure,
the lower face starts to drop,
heaviness appears,
and the face looks tired — even with great skin.

Forehead lines don’t start on the forehead.
They start in the scalp.

The scalp and forehead are connected through a powerful connective tissue layer called the galea aponeurotica.
When this layer becomes tight from stress, posture, jaw tension, and constant screen time, it pulls forward — and that tension shows up as folded lines on the forehead.

That’s why working only on the forehead never lasts.

In this video, I’m showing you three simple scalp techniques I personally do to soften forehead lines naturally — by releasing tension, improving circulation, and restoring movement in the scalp.

No injections.
No force.
Just understanding how the face actually works.

Do this for 2–3 minutes daily and notice how your forehead feels lighter, softer, and more relaxed.

That repeated angle compresses the front of the neck, tightens the platysma muscle, weakens the deep neck flexors, and literally pulls the lower face down over time.

This is why a daily neck routine is non-negotiable for holistic beauty and longevity.

Your chin says more about youthfulness than we realise.
A smooth, rounded chin keeps the lower face lifted and balanced, but when a line forms right in the centre, it’s a sign of muscle tension and stagnancy under the surface.

Right beneath that crease sits the mentalis muscle, the little muscle that controls the shape and projection of the chin.
When it becomes tight, overactive, or stuck in contraction, it literally pulls the chin upward toward the lip… creating that vertical line.

The good news?
You can massage it out.

By releasing the fascia right in the centre of the chin, softening the mentalis, and allowing it to lengthen again, you can:
✨ smooth the crease
✨ plump the chin pad
✨ relax the lower face
✨ and bring back that youthful contour

It’s a small area with a huge impact on how fresh your face looks.
