🧠 العقل الهادئ نعمة
العقل حين يهدأ
يُصبح أوضح، أرحم، وأصدق ✨

ليس كل فكرة تطرق الذهن حقيقة،
ولا كل قلق رسالة خطر.
بعض الأفكار مجرّد ضجيج
وبعض المخاوف ظلٌّ لا أكثر 🌫️

حين نُبطئ أنفاسنا،
نُعلّم الجهاز العصبي أن الأمان حاضر،
