This is one of the most common questions we receive.

👉 Our expert in pelvic floor Marina Vecino suggest that the optimal time is after the quarantine (around 40 days postpartum), once your gynecologist confirms everything is fine. That’s when we can assess your abdomen and pelvic floor.

✨ But sometimes we recommend coming earlier — if you have perineal pain, back pain, severe diastasis or an abdominal hernia.
✨ And sometimes it’s better to wait a little longer — for example after a c-section, a complicated postpartum, or if your gynecologist advises so.

If you notice your baby has a flat spot at the side or the back off the head, it's called plagiocephaly.

It is often caused by the position your baby had in the womb.

Tightness in the neck and rest of body can make that your baby doesn't move enough or is only comfortable in certain positions. When you notice a flat spot, a preference for one side, asymmetry in your babies forehead or uneven earposition, it's time for action.

Don't wait, early intervention, release of tension, repositioning, active playtime and tummy time can bring big change.

Often, when starting early with physio more invasive treatment can be avoided.
