For years, Abdu hid his smile. Every time he spoke, his hand instinctively covered his mouth. He avoided photos, dodged conversations, and stayed quiet in moments that should have been filled with laughter—all because he felt embarrassed about his teeth.

Walking into the clinic wasn’t easy for him. He was visibly anxious, shaking in the chair, and hesitant about every step. But I knew that his biggest obstacle wasn’t just fixing his smile—it was overcoming the fear that had held him back for so long.

So, we took it slow. Pain-free techniques, plenty of breaks, and constant reassurance. Trust had to be built before any real change could happen.

This was one of the most challenging cases of my career. And the biggest transformation yet. The treatment took a few months. With interdisciplinary referrals included and patience from the patient. But were very happy with the results

One the first things you will notice is the pink aesthetics. The patient went for gum depigmentation and crown lengthening

After the healing period we started our prep. A mix of replacing the old central crown. Creating a bridge for the lower anteriors and veneers and two more bridges

As you will notice as well the teeth had been worn down. And vertical height was lost. So we needed to increase the height of the teeth. To bring back facial balance and give a chance for the teeth to be seen

This long text may only interest other dentist. But i have noticed my patients becoming mini dentists themselves through our conversations and explanations throughout. This one can probably go around diagnosing and recommending treatments to his friends now

Id also like to apologize for not posting for so long. Ive had to take photos with my camera. As i no longer have the studio for photography i had in the last clinic. But it was pointed out to me. That the pictures dont have to be perfect. They just need to be shared
