Certified Yoga teacher on the Iyengar Yoga Teachings Method, experience in Vinyasa, Hatha and Hot Yoga. I moved to London in 2000 where I started to explore Asthanga yoga and since then I continued to practice and explore different styles. In 2005 I moved to Dubai where I have deepened my experiences in yoga and in 2010 I decided to improve all the knowledge I have gained over the years and became a Certified Yoga Teacher. In 2011 I also became a certified Mat Pilates teacher exploring even deeper the kinesiology on the mat. Teaching yoga in different countries as England, Lebanon, Brazil and U.A.E, my classes cultivate the art of deep presence, focusing on awareness and conscious breath within each asana and also focus on precise alignment, strength, flexibility and balance but enabling my students to practice the challenge poses on their own level of ability.
