It’s been 6 month. It’s been a whole new journey. I’ve learned a lot about my body. I’m forever grateful to my body for being so strong and creating life.

It hasn’t been easy. I did compare myself to others -big mistake. I learned that every body has a different healing time. Every body has a different pace for getting stronger.

I can confidently say I am proud of myself for pushing through -postpartum can be really hard- and for coming this far. There is still a lot of work ahead, yes. There is still room for improvement, yes. There are goals out there to be reached, yes. And I know I’m totally capable of achieving what I put my mind into. Plus I have the cutest motivation ever by my side 😍

If you’re a pospartum mom reading this: tap on your shoulder, you’re doing great 🫶🏻Don’t be so hard on yourself, you just created a human. It’s never too late to start working on your goals and it’s not selfish -it’s self love.

I’m already 5 months pp 🥹 can you believe? I hardly can!

This is an upper body workout I did during pregnancy. This one is while on my 5th month of pregnancy, when my bump really started to show (and the struggle to put socks and shoes on was real 😅)

2nd Trimester - 5th month
Upper body workout
1. Assisted tricep dips 4x10
2. Landmine rows 4x12
3. Seated chest press on cable 4x15
4. Seated cable rows 4x12

Staying active during pregnancy was the best thing ever since it helped me gain healthy pregnancy weight, it kept me away from pregnancy complications such as gestational diabetes, and it helped me feel energized throughout the day. The second trimester was when I felt the most enery and was still working out 4-5 times a week 💪🏻

Strong mama, strong baby 👊🏻🔥
