Ovarian cyst...
a wide spectrum of cysts..
Not All of them are the same..
Some called simple and they disappear after few weeks.
Some are congenital since birth and they grow by time
Others may be serious...or even cancerous..
Many are asymptomatic and they cause no complaints..
Others may cause pain in pelvis or irregular bleeding..

We do ultrasound to get the first impression...
But in few cases MRI could be added or even blood tests which called tumor markers..

Tumor markers are proteins or hormones that are secreted by some ovarian tumors...they may add some specific additional information but they maybe falsely positive in some cases..
The diagnosis and the management of each type of cysts varies according to its nature, size , symptoms, and other added studies..

Following up is very important, and it should be done without ignorance .

Between observation, medical management or surgical management...a correct decision should be taken to avoid future consequences on general health and on fertility.

Ultrasound is the machine to understand details about the breast masses...but Mammogram is the machine which catch the early signs of breast cancer.
Ultrasound is done for ladies below 40 because cancers are unlikely to appear in young women...except for ladies who have strong family history of breast cancer in first degree at a young age
Mammogram is done for ladies above 40..as a screening method.

في ربيع عام 2016، وبينما كانت سيدة بريطانية تتجول بسيارتها في شوارع بلدة "هافرفوردويست" الهادئة في ويلز، لم تكن تتوقع أن تتحول رحلتها اليومية العادية إلى ملاحقة غير مسبوقة – ليس من الشرطة، ولا من حيوان، بل من... سربا من النحل!

فقد لاحظ المارة بذهول سربًا هائلًا من النحل، يُقدّر عدده بأكثر من 20 ألف نحلة، يحوم بلا كلل خلف السيارة، يلتصق بزجاجها الخلفي ويلاحقها في كل منعطف. ومع كل محاولة للابتعاد، كان السرب يتبعها كما لو كان مسحورًا، في مشهد بدا وكأنه من فيلم خيال علمي.

المرأة، التي شعرت بالرعب والارتباك، لجأت إلى حراس المنتزه المحلي وبعض خبراء تربية النحل طلبًا للمساعدة. وبعد فحص دقيق، كانت المفاجأة: ملكة النحل كانت محاصَرة داخل شق صغير في مؤخرة السيارة! على الأرجح، علقت هناك عندما توقفت السيارة بجانب خلية في أحد المواقف.

وبما أن النحل لا يترك ملكته أبدًا، فقد ظل السرب بكامله يطارد السيارة لحمايتها ومحاولة إنقاذها، وظل الأمر مستمرًا لمدة يومين كاملين، رغم محاولات متعددة لإبعادهم.

حتى بعد أن تمكّن الخبراء من إزالة السرب في المرة الأولى، عاد النحل مجددًا واحتشد حول السيارة. عندها فقط، وبعد اكتشاف مكان الملكة وتحريرها بلطف، تفرّق السرب وعاد إلى خليته.

قال أحد مربي النحل المشاركين في عملية الإنقاذ بدهشة:

> "لم أرَ شيئًا كهذا من قبل في حياتي... كان النحل مصممًا بشكل لا يُصدّق على حماية ملكته. الولاء كان مذهلًا."

هذه الحادثة لم تكن مجرد مطاردة طريفة، بل كانت درسًا مدهشًا في الولاء والتنظيم داخل مملكة النحل — مملكة لا تتخلى عن ملكتها، مهما كلّف الأمر!
