I didn’t change everything… I just added one simple habit.

Did you know that sometimes the problem isn’t lack of effort… it’s the routine you're following?

I used to struggle with staying consistent with my eating habits.

But when I started adding fiber and tea to my daily routine, things became easier for me.

Personally, the fiber helps me feel more satisfied, and the tea fits well with my fasting routine during the day.

Over time, I started seeing changes while simply staying consistent with this habit.

Nothing complicated. Just something simple that fits into my daily routine.

Throwback to the time I started taking my habits more seriously.

The day I decided to start my fiber and tea journey.

I wasn’t looking for anything extreme. I just wanted to start building better daily habits and take things one step at a time.

Sometimes the biggest changes really start with a simple decision. 🌱

Still a work in progress, but looking back at this moment reminds me how far small steps can take you.

“Akala ko tumataba lang ako pero lifestyle ko na pala yung unti-unting nagbabago sa’kin.” 😔

Dati tinatawanan ko lang yung weight gain ko at kung bakit lagi akong mukhang pagod.
Hindi ko napansin na yung daily routine ko na pala yung dahilan kung bakit hindi na ako comfortable sa sarili kong katawan.

Hanggang sa nag-decide akong unahin yung wellness ko.
Nag-add lang ako ng fiber at tea sa everyday routine ko and slowly, I started feeling lighter, less bloated, mas fresh, at mas confident.

Same woman.
Different routine. Different feeling.

If ikaw din napapansin mo na parang may nagbago sa body mo or energy mo lately, baka routine mo lang din ang kailangan i-adjust.

What helped me was adding fiber and tea into my daily routine, supporting balanced energy, fewer cravings, and a better sense of control throughout the day.

No extremes. Just simple habits that work with your body.
