I'm holding a colorful umbrella, a symbol of protection and shelter. But even the strongest umbrella can't shield us from life's storms. Sometimes, we cling to what's familiar, for familiarity.

✨️We hold on to old loves like a cherished memory, a faded photograph of a past that no longer exists. We fear losing a part of ourselves if we let go. It’s like losing a familiar song that once brought comfort.

❤️The truth is, we're scared of what lies beyond the storm. We wonder if we'll ever find that special connection again, if we can build new dreams, if our hearts can feel full once more.❤️

💫💫Letting go isn’t easy. It’s like trying to hold onto raindrops – the tighter you grip, the faster they slip away. But it's necessary for growth.💫💫

Here are some practical tips for moving on.

1️⃣Embrace the rain:
Let yourself feel the storm without judgment. It's okay to not be okay for a while.

2️⃣Find your centre
Ground yourself in the present moment. Notice your thoughts and feelings without getting caught up in them.

Nourish your body and mind. Rest, eat well, and find joy in simple things.

Attachment styles describe how we form relationships with others based on our experiences in early life.

In simple terms, there are four main types of attachment styles: secure, anxious, avoidant, and disorganized.

💥✅️A secure attachment style means you feel comfortable with intimacy and trust others easily. You also have a healthy sense of independence. People with an anxious attachment style often crave closeness but worry about being abandoned. They may need constant reassurance from their partners.

💥🚫Avoidant attachment styles involve a preference for emotional distance. People with this style might avoid close relationships and have difficulty expressing emotions. Finally, the disorganized attachment style is often a mix of anxious and avoidant patterns. It can involve fear of intimacy and emotional chaos.

✨️From a Ta**ra perspective, understanding your attachment style can help you connect with others on a deeper level.

✨️Ta**ra emphasizes mindfulness, presence, and open communication in relationships.

✨️By practising Ta**ra, you can become more aware of your attachment patterns and work towards healthier, more balanced connections.

✨️This could mean fostering trust, practising honest communication, and embracing vulnerability.

Know Anjaan

Born into a vedic family, Anjaan has been living the yogic ways from the age of 5. He was brought up around palmistry, astrology, mantras, pranayama, ayurveda, and other esoteric practices. From 2006, when he had a Kundalini Awakening, Anjaan has consciously immersed in the traditional spiritual sciences and has ardently studied ta***ic, vedic and ancient traditions.

Anjaan is a certified Yoga Massage therapist and a Reiki 3rd Degree healer. He is also a martial arts coach (10th Dan Black Belt), ordained Zen facilitator, He has also been trained in multiple healing modalities including polairty therapy, myofascial release and Kundalini Ta**ra massage.

As a Meditation guide, he loves to see people discover new things about themselves through simple deep introspection and awareness. He advocates living a life of equanimity for optimum health and wellbeing.
