Yo Kidz - Yoga 4 kidz Only professionally certified Children Yoga teacher ( RCYT-95 hrs)in the GCC region with over 600 hrs of children Yoga training experience under my belt.

My core specialty is to use the principles and teachings of Yoga to help children cope with peer pressure, bullying, homework, and all the pressures of today’s modern world with the underlying belief that at the end of the day its ‘mind over matter’. The other focus of my Yoga practice is with couples and the golden generation, giving back to them what they did not think was possible about themselves, allowing them to connect with themselves and one another, experiencing peace and self-realization of who they are.
