🙃Being playful and practising a playful approach to the tasks we need to finish will allow us to feel at peace, and trust, out of fear, anxiety and playfulness is the way to sense the true power of being alive.

🧠Our brain is always willing to learn if we provide safe and challenging circumstances that will arouse our learning capabilities. When we practice a playful mindset daily, our body will respond with a positive hormonal response, which individuals will seek more often.

It's so important what we practice daily. To improve we don't need always to create a special time off to do things. Can be done at any time and moment.

👉We are Born to live FREE. Free of fear, scarcity, pain, anxiety, depression, over-thinking, guilt, suppression, exhausted with our bodies.

This is not the way of the potential of any human and nor of humanity.

Living that way with the Body is not living; it's a prison within the body.

No matter how good we can look, if we are turning heads from the body internally, the body will speak loud somewhere. The body is the energy like everything in the universe. We are operating on frequency and vibration.

We condition our bodies for decades to live in psi, to experience "success" through pain and sacrifice. The sacrifice of joy, playfulness, fun, being in flow and synchronicity with our bodies.

That cost us a lot, our health, families, businesses, friendships, connection with others, and humanity. That separate us from us and the living life and serving the soul.

Just improving physical health one way is never finished work.

We have more to offer, and we deserve that fully. Our bodies deserve to Thrive with total engine capacity.

👉I was a teenager when it was the first time I started to look at my body in the mirror. That was the first time I created negative thoughts and feelings about my body and how I see my body and myself in the mirror.

When I became a mature girl, my way of looking and reflecting on my body was still negative. I was thinking that my body is something that defines me, defining who I am, my worth, values, who I am in the world.

I didn't know at that time how to be connected with my body, what is the embodiment, I didn't realis more profound ways of working on my physical results, I didn't know how my body could serve me more powerful in life, I didn't understand the deeper level of body intelligence. I didn't know.

I was pushing my body day in and out to do everything to look good, to satisfy that external appearance of me, that acceptance in the social world with having a better body externally.

And I did it. I did everything possible and impossible to achieve that. But I look at myself over and over again, and I like what I see, but pain, frustration, fears, and anxiety all still were there. Pushing my body didn't help me, in the long run, to deal with the internal overthinking environment. Just didn't help. I thought when I created the body my mind believes I should have, I would be happier, full-field, but that didn't happen.

By age and complex life challenges, I got guided by the internal voice on how I need to start to approach and work on my body not just to look good but mainly to feel good and look will follow.

And here I am today, living free with my body, completely happy, free with my life and soul business that I am passionate about, never feeling better inside out. I can tell you that investing in working on the body on all levels is the best investment we can make not for ourselves but for others too. Once we positively impact our lives, we positively impact our families, business, and everything around us.

Our Body is the centre of our life.

💥My experience doing the Feminine Body Codes workshop with Marina and Anita was incredible.

👉7 Reasons Goal Setting Is Important

💥1. To give direction to life
💥2. To make sure we are the ones choosing the path of our life — not others, not fate, not the media, etc.
💥3. To motivate
💥4. To make sure we get what we want from life
💥5. To save time
💥6. To reduce stress
💥7. To give a sense of accomplishment

While it can be fun to live without direction in the short term, in the long-term human beings are wired to need a purpose and direction. Goals give a sense of direction and meaning to life.

👉It is often easy to let others set our direction for us. We take a job because family or friends point us in that direction, and then we follow the dictates of our bosses. We move in other directions because popular culture or the media tells us to do so. The simple truth is that if we do not set our own goals, we will find it too easy to follow a path set by others. This can lead to stress and unhappiness. We have a greater chance of happiness and fulfilment following our way and pursuing our own goals.

How often in your day you are aware of the sensations within the Body?

How often do you communicate with your body?

How much you are present with your body 10 out of 10?

Being in tune with the body can give us all access to our Wisdom.

Our bodies are the soil, and what and how we will do with the soil depends on how we will bloom, how our life will bloom and in what direction we will grow.

The body is the centre of our existence. It's never one way of working on the body.

Our body is alive and conscious.

The body is not an object. The body is a being.

To live embodiment and not disembodiment, we must practice daily to sense our bodies, to be present within and to know how to listen.

We don't need to wait for our bodies to scream at us to get our attention.

Our bodies are the future of the New Earth.

👉Our Bodies are where the mysterious, fragile and precious journey happens.

When we were born, we knew how fully to connect with the Body by touching our little feet, our faces and the beautiful faces of our parents. We learned how to take all in with love.

By learning how to use our bodies, we are curious and amazed by what our bodies can do and how fast we can reach from spot A to B. We were amazed how we could hold a brush to brush our hair, to brush our teeth.

We saw and learned that our bodies could shape the world around us.
We know how to have joy and be playful with our bodies.

Yet the majority forgot how to live with their bodies, love, listen and communicate. Yes, we drown in the Western Culture; many other cultures and religions have been telling us for the centuries how to suppress, hide, and be ashamed of our feelings, emotions, and bodies.

Yet all those approaches created within us belifs that our bodies are nothing more than just external appearance, the ways to keep us socially powerful and accepted.

We learn for decades that when we feel the fear in our stomach, it's wrong, and we need to make it go away.

We are listening about how we should put "mind over matter" and put away our bodily sensations.

I don't know how we get there, but we get with our bodies to live in disembodiment instead of the embodiment of who we are with our bodies.

We become not enough, not tall enough, not short enough, skinny, fat, wide, masculine, none masculine, not enough feminine, not enough shaped. Never enough...

I don't know how that serves us on an individual and collective level. Still, I know that we lose the fundamental blocks of human thriving, our connection with others, connection with absolute joy, pleasure, kindness, and compassion.

Knowing our bodies and living embodiment allows us to see ourselves fully and to be connected to others, to the collective body.

👉 When was the last time you had checked your body when you slowed down to feel yourself, to hear yourself, to discern what is your body asking for?

Being aware of your Vital Body is just as necessary as having your physical body shape.

Being Fit it's not necessarily mean being healthy.

Make sure that creating a physical, vital body comes from Devotion, which means coming from the heart. Where Discipline comes from the mind, from the place where we already learn how something is " good for us". 👉There are millions of processes that run every second in our inner body that keep us alive. And all of these processes are happening independently without our conscious attention. This is because there is a deeper intelligence within us that is seamlessly running all of these processes.

As a small example, there are over 100 trillion cells that make up our physical body, and every single cell goes through over 10,000 chemical reactions every single second. There are over 3.2 billion nucleic acids that make up the genes in every single cell. This is impossible for our minds even to fathom. Without a doubt, there is massive intelligence present in our bodies. And the gateway to getting in touch with this intelligence is inner body awareness.

The majority of the people are attached to their body in just an external way; they think that body defines who they are. They believe this is my body, and this is who I am. Every attachment is the Ego. It's the same when someone says this is my car, my building, my house and that this is who I am. We are not our bodies, and we don't define who we are with our bodies.

So having an inner body awareness and knowing how to sense the aliveness of the body you have is the way of creating the body you need to be supported within this lifetime in a healthy, sustainable way but not making the body from the ego as that body doesn't define who you are. Your mind and ego keep you to that attachment with external physical appearance.

This is the way to help you to understand unhealthy habits created through a long life period and the way to change them sustainably for the long term.
