My Leadership Story: Growing Through Empathy in an AI World

I didn’t step into leadership, coaching, and emotional intelligence training because everything in my life aligned perfectly.

I stepped into it because life taught me — through challenges, loss, rebuilding, and resilience — that real leadership begins with empathy.

My early years as a health and skincare therapist taught me to see people beneath the surface. Later, as a corporate trainer, NLP practitioner, wellness coach, mother, and widow, life deepened that lesson:
People don’t need perfection from their leaders; they need presence.

They need to be seen where they are — not where we expect them to be.

This is the core of Emotional Intelligence training:
💡 See people in their reality — not your assumptions.
💡 Place value in them — before demanding value from them.
💡 Respond, don’t react.
💡 Lead with awareness, compassion, and courageous communication.

Whether parenting, teaching, or leading a corporate team, the principle is the same:
People rise when they feel valued. They perform when they feel understood. They grow when they feel safe.

And in today’s world — where AI is transforming how we work, learn, and interact — these human skills matter more than ever.
