This weekend I got to just be his wife.

Just showing up for him the way he always shows up for me.

I see how much he pours into his craft. The early mornings, the late nights, the quiet dedication that most people never see.

And watching him stand in that room this weekend for passing down that knowledge, doing exactly what he was called to do, I felt something I don’t have words for. Just gratitude. Pure and simple.

He has been my biggest supporter from day one. Every idea, every late night, every moment I’ve doubted myself, he has been there. Steady. Believing in me even when I couldn’t.

One month ago, a room full of women sat together and chose themselves. I did not fully understand what I was building then. I just knew something needed to exist. A space where women could stop performing and start returning. And they came, they sat, and they said things out loud they had never said before.

One month later, the storms came. Literally. And I found myself standing outside looking at this sky thinking about every woman who was in that room. Still here. Still rising. Still choosing. Transform and Thrive was just the beginning.

The next room is almost full.

There was a season in this country where my husband and I ate boiled eggs and drank boiled tap water.
Our kids were back home in a country falling apart. We were here in Dubai, homeless, surviving, and just refusing to stop believing. We didn’t know if it was going to be okay. We just refused to stop believing that it could be.

I look at this photos and I have to stop. Because this table, this food, these faces, all of us together, fed and safe and laughing…This is not normal to me. This is a miracle.

To anyone carrying a dream that feels too big, too far, too impossible right now. We drank boiled tap water in Dubai. And now we are sitting at this table. Every dream is valid. Don’t you dare let go.

There was a moment during Transform & Thrive that made the whole room go quiet.

Our keynote speaker talked about the relationship between me, myself, and I.

And something about the way she said it… hit different.
