Hair Purasomes, These are treatments aimed at reducing hair loss and promoting hair growth, suitable for men and woman(safe for pregnant and breastfeeding). Through exosomes, amino acids, vitamins and growth factors contained in the product, the hair follicle multiplies the number of hairs, which increases overall volume. Plus while doing the procedure hair grows twice faster than before. A minimum of 3 sessions is recommended (although results are noticeable even after the first session), with 3-week intervals between treatments. If you live in Dubai, to cure Melasma is impossible, BUT we can manage it gracefully.

Challenges of Managing Pigmentation in Dubai
1. Chronic Nature:
Melasma and some forms of pigmentation are often triggered by hormonal, genetic, or environmental factors. These conditions tend to recur, especially when exposed to the triggers (e.g., sun exposure).
2. Constant UV Exposure:
Dubai’s year-round intense sunlight makes avoiding UV rays difficult. Even brief exposure can reactivate pigmentation.
3. Heat and Infrared Rays:
Beyond UV, heat and infrared radiation (from the sun, cooking, lasers, hair dryers or hot environments) can worsen pigmentation by stimulating melanocytes.

How can we manage it?
I don’t recommend any lasers as it’s always combined with heat!
