Ingredients 2 eggs 1 scoop of protein powder (mine is sweetened with stevia - if yours is unsweetened please add 1-2 tbsp maple syrup) 1 tbsp almond flour 1 tbsp coconut flour 1 tsp baking powder Handful of blueberries Handful of chocolate chips Method Mix all ingredients in a bowl and microwave for ~1 minute + 20 seconds. Ingredients 1 cup chocolate chips 1 cup peanut butter 2 scoops protein powder 2 tbsp almond flour 3/4 cup puffed rice or granola Method Melt the chocolate chips and mix in the peanut butter. Ingredients 2 very ripe bananas 3 eggs 2 scoops vanilla or chocolate protein powder 1.5 cups almond flour 0.5 cup all purpose gluten-free flour 4 tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1 bar dark chocolate, chopped Method Mash the bananas and add the eggs then the sweetener. **Protein Banana Bread**
Free of gluten✅ refined sugar ✅

Ingredients
2 very ripe bananas
3 eggs
2 scoops vanilla or chocolate protein powder
1.5 cups almond flour
0.5 cup all purpose gluten-free flour
4 tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 bar dark chocolate, chopped

Method
Mash the bananas and add the eggs then the sweetener. Mix well.
Add all remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Enjoy as a snack, dessert or even breakfast.
