Lawrence Yoga Pilates Welcome to Lawrence Yoga and Pilates! I offer 4 times a week Free/Donation only Yoga and Pilates classes! Everyone is welcome here! :) What can you except?

I am offering Yoga and/or Pilates class 4x a week at night in the grass in JBR in Dubai! This is a fun loving atmosphere where anyone is welcome! It doesn't matter what level you are at in your practice or if you have never taken a single class! The classes go anywhere from 1-2 hours! The yoga classes usually go 1.5-2 hours! The style is Ashtanga/Vinyasa. The class can include anything from Yoga Asana (Postures) To Pranayama (Breathing techniques) Meditation/Relaxation and maybe some Chanting! I have extra yoga mats if you do not own one. We usually practice in grass so sometimes you do not even need a mat. The Class is Donation only so great opportunity for someone who is on a budget! Bring your friends the more the merrier! What can you expect? The Pilates classes will usually be 1 hour long. I am trained in Classical Pilates. Pilates focuses on the core (deep abdominal muscles). The class is a great way to strengthen and tone the body! The price for Pilates is donation only so once again super budget friendly just bring a smile and yourself :)! My vision is to create a happy loving community with humans from any background, any age, any level in their physical practice to come together in a relaxed non judgmental environment to practice Yoga and Pilates. To grow together and expand our consciousness and share our love for one another!
