My aim is to introduce new PranaVayu Yoga Vinyasa Style that offers a holistic set of tools designed to help achieve full mind/body transformation through physical asana, meditation and positive lifestyle transformation. Pranavayu Yoga aims to make mind-body transformation more efficient and attainable by applying scientific principles to the practice. This is achieved with goal-oriented sequencing, a system of skeletal alignment drawn from structural engineering & theories of periodization for practice planning to achieve mind/body transformation. PranaVayu (Vyniasa)Yoga
I have been enjoying living in Dubai for past eight years, a Mom, part of Global Organization. I was introduced to yoga during her pregnancy, carrying my first child under my heart. Most of my classes were with friends or on my own using the knowledge i had from Friends & Media. I have attended my very first group class at newly opened Community Well Being centre based in Dubai Silicon Oasis,Dubai and immediately felt home. Even though i was not completely new to yoga, felt the true spirit of yoga for very first time. It didn't take me while to decide to become a Certified Yoga Teacher to deepen my practice as well as my knowledge. More than anything, i love to enjoy every moment in life, blessed & graceful to wake up every morning to start a new day, new possibilities in life. For me Yoga gives strength and balance to keep her centered and grounded in life’s journeys and rides. My goal is to share this amazing experience, knowledge about PranaVayu Yoga methods with others and lead for happier, healthier life.
