These foods are packed with the vitamins and minerals your thyroid craves to stay active:
• Vibrant Veggies: Carrots, pumpkin, zucchini, and beetroot.

From 72kg to 52kg: My Postpartum Reality Check 🤱✨

They say your body changes forever after motherhood, and while that’s true, it doesn’t mean you have to lose yourself in the process. After three deliveries, I found myself at 72kg, feeling sluggish, tired, and honestly, a bit disconnected from the woman in the mirror.
I knew I needed a change, but with three kids, the gym wasn’t an option. So, I brought the gym to my living room and rebuilt my health from the ground up—completely from home!
How I did it (No magic, just consistency):

• Home-Grown Strength: I skipped the commute and focused on home-based strength and cardio. Even 20–30 minutes while the kids were playing made a difference.
• Fueling, Not Starving: I switched to 6 small, frequent meals a day. This kept my energy levels steady and stopped those “mom-brain” sugar cravings in their tracks.
• Prioritizing Rest: This was the hardest part, but I aimed for 7 hours of quality sleep. Recovery is where the magic happens!

The Truth About the Journey...
It wasn’t always perfect. There were days of interrupted workouts and late-night wake-ups. But I learned that consistency beats perfection every single time.
