Being flexible isn’t the goal.
Being in control is.
A lot of athletes chase deeper ranges and looser joints, but if you can’t own those positions, your body will find a way to compensate, and that’s where injuries sneak in. Feeling great in the warm-up but unstable when it actually counts? That’s a control issue, not a mobility issue.
Real performance comes from strength in your end ranges, stability under fatigue, and movement that actually carries over to your sport.
