✨My biggest flex: I loved myself out of depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and panic disorder in my early twenties. Now I’m in my early thirties and I know for certain that it can only get better from here, because nothing or nobody is dragging back to that abyss of misery and self-imposed mental anguish and isolation. I started leaving at the first red-flag. I started leaving at the first sign of disrespect. I started leaving at the first attempt at manipulation. I started paying closer attention to my soul , nervous system, and spirit around everyone.
I stopped giving multiple chances to get it right. In the end, I gained myself back.

I clawed my way tooth and nail out of hell, and I’m not going back no matter how many people try to humble, hate, or dismantle me. In the end, I’ll still stand and always will even in the afterlife. 🤞🏽
