We visited the new Waterfront Market at the Deira Corniche. Fantastic market, now open to the public. A massive meat market, a fish market and a fruit & vegetable market. Beautifully presented with great prices. Fish auctions take place here. There are lots of other shops here too 🙂🙂

There's a new Tenancy Contract in Dubai! The Unified Tenancy Contract and it states that the Landlord is responsible for Ejari - such good news.
