What if your symptoms are not the problem… but the message?

Whether you choose to treat your symptoms medically or holistically, if you don’t understand them, they may return… or shift into something deeper.

We’ve been taught to focus on relief. But healing begins when we ask:
✨ Why is my body responding this way?

Symptoms are not random. They are signals.
Signals that something in the way you’ve been living, feeling, or coping has exceeded your system’s capacity.

There are moments in life where you move forward without a clear map. No certainty, no guarantees. Just a decision to keep going.

That’s what “sailing into uncharted waters” really points to. Not fearlessness, but a willingness to continue despite not knowing what’s ahead.

We often wait for clarity before taking a step. But in reality, clarity tends to come after we move through experience, not before it.

The uncertainty isn’t a sign that you’re lost. It’s part of the process of discovering something new.

In the book Uncharted Waters by Julie Miles Lewis, this idea is a reminder that growth doesn’t happen in the known. It happens in the space where things are still unfolding. Where direction is built, not given.
