Bringing together more than seventy leaders from across Julphar’s regional markets, Leadership Summit 2025 was held in Ras Al Khaimah hosted by CEO, Mr. Basel Ziyadeh with the guiding vision of “Enabling Our Future”
The two-day summit served as a high-level platform uniting Julphar’s executive leadership team with country leaders from its diverse markets to deliberate on the company’s strategic direction and the future of the pharmaceutical industry.
The sessions covered a wide range of critical topics including growth and expansion strategies, commercial development, manufacturing and operational excellence, as well as the role of human capital in building a resilient and future-ready organization. The summit further explored digital transformation new initiatives, while emphasizing the importance of supply chain excellence as a key driver of sustainable operations and global competitiveness.
In addition, cultural transformation featured prominently on the agenda, with interactive dialogues and workshops designed to foster collaboration and empower Julphar’s teams across all markets.
