3. Tab. Loratidine 10mg (Softin, Lorin NSA, Loril) Or Tab. Fexofenadine 60mg or 120mg (Fexet, Telfast, Fexo) 0-0-1(OD) Fexofenadine should be used with caution along with Azithromycin because combination will increased the risk of QT prolongation

4. Tab. Paracetamol (Panadol, Calpol, Febrol) 1-1-1, if high fever than 2-2-2 (1-2 Tablets x TDS)
