This center of excellence aims at advancing the surgical and medical professional education. The CTC and SSI is a state of the art, surgical and educational training facility that will revolutionize Health Care Professional training and development in the Middle East. SSI is a pioneering partnership that links the UAE Ministry of Health, The University of Sharjah Medical School, Johnson and Johnson Middle East (Inc.O) and Olympus. We were honored to host ENDOSPINE UAE 2025 on 07–08 December at CSTC – University of Sharjah .
The conference brought leading specialists in MISS, Endoscopy, OLLIF, Endo fusion, and UBE, providing an outstanding scientific and hands-on experience for surgeons across the region.

The Clinical and Surgical Training Center at the University of Sharjah successfully hosted CISPS–UAE 2025 (Comprehensive Interventional Spine & Pain Solutions) on 06 December 2025.

The event brought together regional and international experts for a day of lectures, cadaveric hands-on training, and ultrasound-guided workshops, reinforcing CSTC’s role as a leading hub for advanced medical training in the GCC.

We thank our scientific partner, the Pan Arab Society for the Study of Pain, and all participants for contributing to this impactful educational experience.

We are delighted to share that CSTC successfully hosted the Cosmetic Gynecology Cadaver Workshop in partnership with the American Uro & Gyne Society, bringing an exceptional two-day hands-on experience to physicians across the region.

The workshop covered PRP, fillers, exosomes therapy, laser & RF, and full cadaver surgical procedures — guided by experts such as Dr. Rashad Haddad, Dr. Amr Seifeldin, and distinguished guest lecturer H.H. Sheikha Dr. Alia Al Qassimi
We look forward to building more collaborations with medical societies, hospitals, and healthcare institutions in the MENA region.

We are proud to announce that the Clinical & Surgical Training Center at the University of Sharjah successfully hosted the IBRA Advanced Course — a comprehensive hands-on workshop covering advanced wrist, forearm, and elbow surgical procedures.

This collaboration with IBRA – International Bone Research Association brought together international speakers, surgeons, and talented participants from across the region.

CSTC continues to expand its role as a trusted medical education hub, and we welcome more collaborations with healthcare organizations across the UAE, GCC, and MENA.

CSTC at the University of Sharjah proudly hosted the Product Safety Training on ATTUNE Primary Total Knee and S-ROM Revision Systems on 17–18 November 2025, in collaboration with Johnson & Johnson Institute.
The hands-on cadaveric workshop brought advanced orthopedic education to surgeons from across the region.
We welcome more healthcare collaborations in the MENA region.

We are proud to announce that CSTC hosted the Peritoneal Dialysis Laparoscopic Catheter Insertion Training for Surgeons in collaboration with Baxter at the University of Sharjah .

This specialized workshop brought top surgeons together for a full day of lectures, hands-on wet-lab practice, and advanced PD catheter insertion techniques.

CSTC continues to expand its partnerships with leading healthcare organizations across the UAE and MENA region, and we welcome more collaborations in surgical and clinical training.
