- "THD"لعلاج البواسير دون ألم أو جروح ، اسئلة و اجوبة لماذا سٌميت هذه العملية ب ـت ه د؟ هذا الاسم اختصار للاحرف الاولى من Transanal hemorrhoidal dearterialization (THD) و هي تعمد على استعمال امواج الدوبللر في تحديد مكان الشرايين الصغيرة التي تصب الدم في البواسير. ثم يتم اغلاق هذه الاوعية باستعمال طريقة خاصة من الخياطة. العملية كلها تتم بالجزء العميق من قناة الشرج و بذلك تكون غير مؤلمة متى بدأتم باستعمال هذه الطريقة؟ هذه الطريقة بدأنا باستعمالها بعام 2008-2009 ماهي ميزات هذه الطريقة العلاجية؟. تقنية THD توفر للمريض فرصة عدم التعرض للمضاعفات العملية التقليدية، كما أنها خالية من الألم، وتجنبه تناول المسكنات والتي عادة ما يلجأ إليها الأطباء بعد التدخلات الاعتيادية، إضافة إلى أنها تقلل من فترة النقاهة وتعمل على تسريع العودة إلى العمل، علاوة على التقليل من نسبة حدوث التلوث الجراحي ومضاعفاته أو عدم سرعة التئام الجرح، كما تتضمن هذه التقنية أعلى درجات الأمان والراحة للمريض. هل عملية البواسير هذه بدون الم؟ عموما نطلق على هذه العملية العملية الأقل الما". الألم بعد الجراحة يعتمد على درجة البواسير. معظم المرضى سيحدث عندهم الم خفيف بدرجة حوالي 3 من 10 على مقياس الالم، خلال فترة 4-8 ساعات بعد الجراحة. لكن هذا الالم خفيف و يمكن علاجه بمسكنات الألم المعتادة. هل يمكنني العودة للبيت بنفس اليوم؟ نعم، حيث يمكنك الذهاب الى البيت خلال 4-6 ساعات بعد الجراحة. ماهو احتمال عدوة البواسير مرة ثانية بعد عملية ت-ه-د؟ هنالك نسبة نكس حوالي8 % بحسب معظم الدراسات هل يوجد بعض المرضى الذين لا يمكنهم الاستفادة من هذه الجراحة؟ نعم، في الحالات المتقدمة من البواسير يفضل استعمال طرق جراحية اخرى حاليا نقوم باستعمال ادوات جراحية تستأصل البواسير بدون خياطة و هيي مخصصة للحالات المتقدمة الخطيرة من البواسير

Guidelines for the Early Detection of Breast Cancer

Women ages 40 to 44: Optional: should have the choice to start annual breast cancer screening with mammograms if they wish to do so.

Women age 45 to 54 should get mammograms every year.

Women 55 and older should switch to mammograms every 2 years, or can continue yearly screening.

حاليا، معالجة البواسير بطريقة الربط تحت توجيه اشعة الدوبللر اصبحت الطريقة المفضلة.
انتشرت هذه الطريقة في عام 2008 حيث بدأت باجراءها في أبوظبي.
اصبحت الان هي الطريقة المفضلة لمعالجة البواسير .
