سعدت اليوم بمشاركتى بمحاضرة فى مكتب سمو الشيخة جواهر القاسمى بالشارقة عن العادات الخاطئة التى تضر بصحة المفاصل و العظام و كيفية تصحيحها. 🦴

الفعالية كانت ضمن مبادرة التعاون بين ميدكير و حكومة الشارقة لنشر الوعى الصحى و تعزيز أنماط حياة أفضل. 🌿

I was delighted to give a lecture today at the Office of Sheikha Jawaher Al Qasimi in Sharjah on harmful habits affecting bone and joint health and how to correct them.🦴

The event was part of the collaboration initiative between Medcare and the Government of Sharjah to promote health awareness and healthy living. 🌿
