Breast cancer is distinguished by the abnormal and unchecked proliferation of breast cells, which manifests as a lump or mass. A breast tumour can begin in any part of the breast. The breast consists primarily of lobules, ducts, and connective tissue. In the case of breast cancer, metastases can occur if malignant cells spread to the lymph nodes or elsewhere. Breast cancer typically takes the form of invasive ductal carcinoma or invasive lobular carcinoma.

Breast cancer is a deadly disease that affects women all over the world; hence, October has been designated as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, or Pink Month. During this month, people are encouraged to learn the warning symptoms of breast cancer, which can help in early detection.



يكون سرطان الثدي على شكل تضاعف غير طبيعي لخلايا الثدي، ويظهر على شكل كتلة أو نتوء، يتكون الثدي من الفصيصات والقنوات والأنسجة الضامة، قد يبدأ ظهور الورم في أي جزء من هذه الأجزاء، في حالة سرطان الثدي قد تحدث هجرة الخلايا السرطانية عند انتشار الخلايا الخبيثة إلى العقد اللمفاوية أو أجزاء أخرى. يأخذ سرطان الثدي عادة شكل سرطان الأقنية الغازية أو سرطان الفصيصات الغازية.

تم تحديد شهر أكتوبر ليكون شهر التوعية بسرطان الثدي أو الشهر الوردي، يتم التوعية في هذا الشهر حول عوامل الخطر والأعراض المبدئية لتسهيل الكشف عن المرض.

The goal of World Physiotherapy Day 2023 is to raise awareness about arthritis and the important role physiotherapists play in its prevention and management. This includes inflammatory forms of arthritis like rheumatoid arthritis and axial spondyloarthritis.
