In a city that never sleeps, where everyone expects a 24/7 service, a city that is always on the move, always busy achieving new and better projects and tasks, it's easy to sometimes forget "yourself," forget to breathe and be mindful 🧘‍♀️

On the 10.10.2024 it was an absoulte honoured to be a part of health awareness day in partnership with Paus; Cafe + Community to work with a global corporation, Bain & Company that truly support their staff and the staff's mental wellbeing on all levels.

It was a beautiful full day for the 160+ staff members to just take a few minutes out of their busy work schedule with Gentle Yoga, Sound Healing, Meditation, and Mindful Manifestations 🧘‍♀️🕉💜

A Family Constellation is a three-dimensional process that has the power to shift generations of suffering and unhappiness.
Many of us unconsciously “take on” destructive familial patterns of anxiety, depression, anger, guilt, loneliness, alcoholism, and even illness as a way of “belonging” in our families. Meaning that, a lot of the issues that we face in our adult life can be traced back to, stem from our childhood and how we connected to our families and the role that we played. These can also be traced back to unresolved events and maybe even unprocessed emotions, that we may not even know about and which are then passed down and across generations.
Bonded by a deep love, a child will often sacrifice his / her own best interests in a vain attempt to ease the suffering of a parent or other family member.
Our success, personal development, well-being, relationships and financial status are greatly affected by the subconscious imprints that we carry from our family, our ancestors and our childhood.

As the weather is getting cooler again for the outdoor life 😎 I will soon be planning our DOGA (Dog Yoga) sessions again.
