Sometimes in life we are attracted to certain individuals - we just enjoy being around them.

Sometimes we come across those individuals we feel uncomfortable being around to - but when you do - please take a moment in your day to smile say hello and ask if they are ok , as that energy you feel - maybe their suffering. By just asking or even smiling at someone can alter their energy pattern

We all have many types of energy
Happiness
Excitement
Worry
Sadness the list is endless

Today when your walking along the street smile at people see what happens - it’s the biggest energy boost we have. ⭐️🙏
