I had the privilege of working with the Doctors of Rahman team during their visit to Wazir Mohammad Akbar Khan Hospital. It was a great learning experience collaborating with Prof. Dr. Ahmad Al-Tonesy from Egypt and Dr. Abdulla Jawed from the UK.
The team was incredibly kind, professional, and inspiring, and the experience was truly meaningful both clinically and personally.

من افتخار داشتم که در جریان سفر تیم Doctors of Rahman به شفاخانه وزیر محمد اکبر خان با آنان همکاری داشته باشم. همکاری با پروفیسور داکتر احمد الطونسی از مصر و داکتر عبدالله جاوید از بریتانیا یک تجربهٔ آموزشی بسیار ارزشمند برای من بود.

Successfully managed a Schatzker Type VI tibial plateau fracture using a hybrid Ilizarov external fixator (single ring with rods). The construct provided stable fixation while preserving soft tissues, allowing early mobilization and early weight bearing. Grateful to the team and wishing the patient a smooth recovery.

زاویه پاول قبل از عمل: ۸۰ درجه.
بعد از عمل:۳۵ درجه.

چالش بزرگ عملیاتی نبود فلوروسکوپی در عملیات خانه بوده، اما بنابر تجربه و پلان قبل عملیاتی خوب توانستیم این مشکل را دور بزنیم.

Successful Fingertip Reconstruction Using Atasoy Ventral and Lateral V-Y Flaps

A patient with fingertip injuries to the third and fourth fingers was successfully treated using an Atasoy ventral V-Y advancement flap for the third finger and a lateral V-Y flap for the fourth finger. Both flaps provided stable coverage, preserved sensation, and restored natural contour. Healing was smooth with full functional recovery.

A patient with chronic foot drop due to a common peroneal nerve injury from a knife wound 1.5 years ago underwent a successful Bridle tendon transfer at Wazir Mohammad Akbar Khan Hospital. The procedure done to restore dynamic dorsiflexion and improved gait function.

افتخار دارم که نامم در کنار استادان عزیزم، پروفیسور ایمل وردک، متخصص صاحب حامد جمال، رنحوریار حارث عارف و رنحوریار اجمل وردک، در یک گزارش نادر و موفق در مجله بین‌المللی جراحی ثبت شد. این مقاله نشان می‌دهد که حتی در آسیب‌های شدید، مراقبت به موقع، پشتکار و روش‌های خلاقانه می‌تواند عضو را نجات دهد و عملکرد آن را بازگرداند. همچنین اهمیت کار تیمی، انعطاف‌پذیری و امیدواری در شرایط سخت را برجسته می‌کند
