CT KUB

Non-contrast CT was done through renal tract.

Right kidney: measures 91 x50 mm and shows normal outline with symmetrical parenchymal thickness. No hydronephrosis is seen. It shows a small calculus measuring 4.3 x 2.3mm (AP x TR) seen in ureter with mild periureteric fat stranding at the level of lower end plate of L4 lumber vertebra with no significant retrograde dilatation.

Perinephric soft tissues appear unremarkable

Left kidney: measures 101 x 53mm and shows normal outline with symmetrical Parenchymal thickness. No hydronephrosis, calculus or renal mass is seen. Ureter is normally visualized throughout its course with no dilatation or calculus in it. Perinephric soft tissues appear unremarkable.

Urinary bladder: shows normal wall thickness with no mass or stone in it. Visible solid viscera are otherwise normal within the limitation of this plain CT Sections through lung bases appear unremarkable. No lytic/sclerotic lesion is noted in visible skeleton

Impression: Right ureteric calculus.

Scan:
Non-contrast CT was done through renal tract.

Right kidney: measures 86 x 50 mm and shows normal outline with symmetrical parenchymal thickness. It shows multiple calculi as follows seen in the mid pole at the level of L1 measures 12.4mm with density of 1619HU . Another one at lower pole measuring 7.8mm with density of 765HU is seen, one anterior to the above mentioned calculus measuring 5.2mm with density 866HU is noted at lower pole.

DJ stent is seen with its proximal part in kidney and distal part in the bladder. Perinephric soft tissues appear unremarkable.

Left kidney: measures 81 x 43 mm and shows normal outline with symmetrical parenchy mal thickness.

It shows a calculus at lower pole measuring 4.1 mm with density of 44HU. DJ stent is seen with its proximal end in the kidney and distal end in the bladder. There are calcific densities seen along the lateral aspect of DJ stent likely in mid ureter having sizes 11.5 mm and density of 1179 HU and 10.5mm having density of 1219 HU.

Perinephric soft tissues appear unremarkable.

Urinary bladder: shows normal wall thickness with no mass or stone in it.
Visible solid viscera are otherwise normal within the limitation of this plain CT. Sections through lung bases are clear.

Note is made of anterior angulation of lower body of coccyx (type-Il morphology).

Impression:
Bilateral renal calculi. Left ureteric calculi.

Non-contrast CT was done through renal tract.

Right kidney: measures 105 x 50 x 19,4mm and shows normal outline with symmetrical parenchymal thickness. There is a small calculus approximately measuring 31.1 x 4.1mm with density of (250HU) seen at UVJ, No hydronephrosis is seen. Ureter is normally visualized throughout its course with no dilatation or calculus in it. Perinephric soft tissues appear unremarkable.

Left kidney: measures 97 x 47 X 20mm and shows normal outline with symmetrical parenchymal thickness. No hydronephrosis, calculus, or renal mass is seen. The ureter is normally visualized throughout its course with no dilatation or calculus in it. Perinephric soft tissues appear unremarkable

Urinary bladder shows normal wall thickness with no mass or stone in it.
Visible solid viscera are otherwise normal within the limitation of this plain CT. Sections through lung bases appear unremarkable. No lytic/sclerotic lesion is noted in visible skeleton.

Impression: Right UVJ calculus

CT Brain
Clinical data: H/O RTA

Noncontrast CT was done through Brain.

There is linear subcutaneous tissue swelling along the right occipital region is noted approximately measuring 55 x 6 mm (TR x AP) suggestive of scalp hematoma.

Brain parenchyma and bone window appears normal. No focal area of abnormal attenuation is present in the brain. No evidence of intra/extraaxial hemorrhage. Ventricular system and extraaxial CSF spaces are within normal limits, Posterior fossa structure is unremarkable. Note is made of mucosal thickening in left frontal sinus and ethmoidal air cells,

Impression:
Scalp Heamatoma as described above.
