A 67-year-old patient presented with a 5-year history of a non-healing facial ulcer. Histopathologic examination confirmed basal cell carcinoma (BCC). The lesion was completely excised with appropriate oncologic margins, and the defect was reconstructed using a rhomboid (Limberg) flap.
The second image demonstrates the postoperative result at 15 days, showing satisfactory flap viability, contour restoration, and favorable early healing.

A 13-year-old patient presented with a long-standing post-burn contracture of the foot, resulting in significant functional impairment of the great toe for approximately 10 years.
Following complete release of scar tissue and correction of the deformity, tendon shortening was identified as the primary cause of limited motion.
Tendinoplasty with Z-lengthening was performed to restore adequate tendon length and biomechanical balance.
Subsequently, the extensor hallucis longus tendon was functionally repaired under appropriate tension.
The resulting soft-tissue defect was covered with a skin graft.
At the conclusion of the procedure, functional alignment of the foot and stability of the tendon repair were satisfactory.
This reconstructive approach aimed to restore function, improve range of motion, and prevent recurrence of deformity in a growing patient.
