7-year-old child with RE severe ptosis
LPS function less than 4 mm
VA 6/18 BCVA6/6 RE 6/6 LE
Eye movement is normal in all angles.
According to the parents, no hx trauma.
Her mother explained the child rubbed her eye and ptosis happened.
I need your opinions and discussions, the 8-month period is very questionable regarding the cause of acquired ptosis in a child of this age.

Something noticeable in this case, her left eye fovea doesn't corresponding the fovea of RE, even if we cover the RE, the light reflex is not occurring at the centre of pupil in the LE.
Can we call ARC at this angle? Is a question, if not then what is the issue.

بیماریکه چندی پیش راجع به نوع انحراف و طریقه اصلاح آن در همین صفحه بحثی داشتیم ، چون نوع کجی چشم مختلط بود یعنی چشم راست هم بطرف بینی و هم بطرف بالا منحرف میشد که جراحی اصلاحی کمی متفاوتتر از بقیه موارد انحراف ایجاب میکرد و برایش در پهلوی دستکاری عضلات افقی چشم، در عضله انفیریور اوبلیک که یکی از وظایفش بالا بردن چشم است نیز مداخله صورت
گرفت و بیمار از نتیجه عملیات خیلی راضی میباشد

The type of deviation was RE; ET+hypertropia, first approach MR-recess+LR-resect + IO recession performed but the result wasn't satisfactory as still there was some hypertropia leftover, then a complete IO myectomy performed and the result is quite nice.

این جوان از کجی چشم راست رنج میبرد و به قول خودش که چند جائیکه برای حل این مشکل مراجعه نموده جواب رد شنیده و ان هم بخاطریکه چشم راست در پهلوی تاب خوردگی بطرف داخل همچنان بطرف بالا منحرف است.
به گفته خود بیما بخاطر هایپر بودن کس حاضر نشد برایش عمل نماید.
ما عمل جراحی به منظور اصلاح این مشکل نزدش انجام دادیم، که با تفصیل از نظر مسلکی و عکس همراه شما خوبان شریک خواهد شد.

Another surprising case, a 60 y/o woman RE 6/18 LE 1m CF.
Hx exudative AMD BE, currently RE a large macular scar+ fibro vascular membrane beneath macula. LE recent PED rupture with large sub retinal haemorrhage.
What is very surprising in this case? Remark please, four eye doctors checked the patient separately.

How the refraction terms, laws and physiology of the eye justify this phenomenon?
A 40 y/o gentleman with +7.00/-2.00×180 refractive error can have 6/12 vision, wearing no glasses?
I checked the eye three times, no eye twitching to create pinhole effect.
Even he can read, just complain's difficulty at seeing small letters like a simple presbyopic person.

A 20 y/o lady with RE micro cornea, iris coloboma and XT. We planned to correct the XT 1st, then she can wear an iris contact lens to overcome the eye size.
دخترخانم ۲۰ ساله که از کجی و سایز خورد چشم راست خود رنج میبرد، اول کجی چشم شان اصلاح شد که بعدا با کانتکت لنز مخصوص سایز چشم شان با چشم چپ شان شباهت داده شود.

A 24 y/o lady with 36PD XT, the 3rd day post- operation.
دختر خانمی که کجی چشم از نوع divergent داشت، با یک جراحی نیمساعته، تحول مثبت و بس بزرگ را در قیافه و زندگی اجتماعی روانی خود احساس مینماید، خود و خانواده شان خیلی خرسند از نزد ما رفتند.
