الحمدالله
به سلسله عملیات های مغلق صدری اینبار نزد مریض که گلوله در قسمت بالای طرف چپ صدر اثابت کرده و در نتیجه لوب علوی شش طرف چپ سوراخ شده بود و مریض به حالت بسیار وخیم قرار داشت ، بطور عاجل عملیات لوبک تومی نزدش صورت گرفت

Ventricular septal defect is a congenital defect in which there is a defect ( hole ) in ventricular septum , as result oxygenated and deoxygenated blood is mixed and the blood is directed to right side of the heart more than usual amount , this defect must be operated and closed by Pericardial / dacron patch in consideration to size / time and type of defect .
This patient , who was operated , suffering from Doubly committed SVD was a 38yrs old lady , had dyspnea on exertion , diagnosed and successfully operated, VSD closed by Pericardial Patch !
