زود انزالی به حالتی گفته میشود که در رابطه بین زوج ها، به مجرد دخول و یاکمتر از یک دقیقه بعد از دخول، انزال واقع میگردد. این حالت میتواند سبب برهم خوردن روابط و دربعضی حالات منجر به طلاق گردد. ازسوی دگر این مشکل، تاثیر عمیقی بالای شخصیت مرد گذاشته و حتی میتواند منجر به مشکلات روانی گردد.
